I could write a book about how many, how often many of the symptoms effect my life on a daily basis. They come and go, then change fast enough to think they actually existed? I can say with 100% certainty 19 of the above list affect my daily life. I’ve started to think in terms of cleaning up the mess of my life. I don’t want anyone to clean out my crap. It’s part of the dread of anxiety I feel daily. Anxiety is my number 1 symptom but that can be caused by other reasons.
